I found this booklet in a collection of papers from a civil defense worker who took part in the FCDA civil defense event, Operation Cue. As luck would have it, the booklet has been retyped and the images digitized by someone with a scanner, a method far superior to my digital camera in crummy archival lighting. Anyhow, the information in this booklet is fun to say the least, albeit disconcerting on many levels.
